  • In order to reset your password, you must know and input your eORders Facility ID and Login ID. Your email address also must be set up in your account to allow the reset email to be sent. If you do not have this information or your email is not set up, please email/call us (support@healthnautica.com / 630-519-3558) and we can reset your password and add your email address to your account if necessary.
  • If you know all of your login information now, but would like to be able to use this if you ever forget your password in the future, please reach out to HealthNautica (support@healthnautica.com / 630-519-3558) and we can update your email address in your account. Please just provide us your eORders Facility ID, Login ID, and email address so we can update the information.
